Sarah Taylor

Sarah has over eighteen years’ experience in recruiting both contract and permanent roles within the Engineering Sector. She began her career in recruitment as a contract agent placing multi-disciplined contract engineers in roles throughout the UK. Progressing to join Michael Page as one of their inaugural permanent engineering consultants Sarah successfully built a permanent desk servicing operator and manufacturing clients throughout the north of England.

The last fifteen years have seen Sarah specialise in permanent and contract roles within the oil and gas industry. Whilst working for one of the world’s largest engineering consultancies she was responsible for managing and growing teams of recruiters who serviced oil and gas clients throughout the UK and Europe.

Sarah joined OSL in 2014 as their Resourcing Manager where she is responsible for effectively sourcing and attracting talented professionals to join OSL’s team on both a permanent and contract basis.  Sarah also manages our resourcing business where we provide specialist engineers to support client projects around the world.
