Next Stop: Henry Boot Way
The big event has finally arrived: OSL’s Hull headquarters are moving to fantastic new offices on Henry Boot Way on Monday 2nd September.
These 6,500 square-feet premises are more than twice the size of our old home and based in the centre of Priory Park, a dynamic business district just off the A63 and within minutes of the Humber Bridge.
We’re planning on using this opportunity for expansion and improvement to its maximum potential, so visitors to OSL House will be greeted by three storeys of bustling offices, a data archive and even a Clever Thinking Room, where our multidisciplined designers and engineers can retreat to find inspiration and devise the ideal solution for every project. This relocation couldn’t come at a better time as our Hull team is currently expanding faster than ever, with fresh graduates, student placements and more seasoned specialists being welcomed into the Company over the summer.
The Senior Management team decided to purchase the striking building, rather than rent. Principal Director Alastair Robertson explained: “We are committed to the continued development of our business, which has its roots in Hull and the Humber region, and helping fuel the local economy and employment sector. OSL House has many bright years ahead of it, providing a real asset for future growth.”
With dedicated client areas and beautiful views of open skies from every window, the Hull team are very excited about the big move. “The old building’s bursting at the seams,” added Operations Manager Neil Barnard. “OSL House will provide us with room to accommodate the planned future increase in the number of engineers we employ, as well as some great meeting rooms and good local facilities for staff and clients alike.”
