OSL is a multidisciplinary team of technical, creative and innovative specialists which provides optimal engineering solutions in the energy, industrial and chemical sectors. It has been part of Proes, since 2022.

It has a wide experience in the development of engineering, from early stages (conceptual and basic engineering), detailed design for the construction of various types of plants (detailed engineering), construction support, commissioning and start-up, and project management (PMC).

OLS´s OSL main areas of expertise include liquefied natural gas (LNG), production plants (upstream), transportation and storage (midstream), processing (downstream), as well as renewable energies, not oly in onshore or offshore, but also in subsea facilities. OSL also specializes in sustainable technologies within the energy sector, such as carbon capture, biofuel production, biogas, hydrogen and ammonia.
