FEED engineering of two pyrolysis plants for the pyrolysis of end-of-life tires, with a capacity of 10,000 T/year

FEED (Front End Engineering Design) of the complete design of two pyrolysis plants for the pyrolysis of end-of-life tires for their full utilization. It includes the plant for the shredding of small end-of-life tires (SNFU) for their conversion into chips (CNFU) that will serve as raw material for the process, the storage and feeding to the pyrolysis block, thermochemical transformation, the treatment of the obtained TPO and Synthesis Gas, as well as the post-treatment of rCB, understood as the grinding, pelletizing, drying and bagging of treated rCB.

The reactor performance and operating conditions for the pyrolysis block are based on laboratory and pilot plant tests. The two new plants were designed for a processing capacity of 10,000 T/year of CNFU in twin pyrolysis trains of 5,000 T/year each.
