Engineering of a large LPG receiving, storage and loading facility, Nigeria

OSL carried out the design and engineering development of a large (7600 tonnes) LPG receiving, storage and loading facility for Oando, a Nigerian multinational (formerly Exxon Africa). It is Africa's leading indigenous energy company, operating in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.

The major phases of OSL's engineering were: Jetty installations, Large storage spheres, Multiple tanker installations, Water systems, Fire and deluge systems, SCADA control, Risk register, Planning and cost estimation.

The plant is located in Nigeria, and the approximate duration of the project was 9 months.
